Slow Roast Chicken In Vegetable Sauce

Looking to make a delicious chicken recipe for the weekend, or are you tired of fried foods and you want a taste of something different, then this chicken recipe is for you.

Ingredients Quantity
Chicken
Carrots (sliced). – 1
Spring Onion (chopped. – 4 pieces
Onion (chopped) – 1 bulb
Green beans (chopped). – 4 pieces
Cameroon Pepper. – ½ tsp
Bbq Sauce – 2 tbsp
Chicken spice – 1 tsp
Thyme – 1 tsp
Curry. – 1 tsp
Ginger – 1 tsp
Sesame Oil – 1 tsp
Seasoning cubes – 2 cubes

PREPARATION

  • Put the pieces of chicken into a Ziploc bag and add all the ingredients. Massage into the chicken well and leave it to marinate overnight.
  • Preheat the oven to 150 degrees c, I used an electric oven.

  • Put already marinated chicken into a foil plate, cover and put into the oven. Leave to roast for 2-3 hours, while checking it intermittently to ensure it doesn’t get burnt.

  • Serve with any food of choice.

  • Enjoy.
